Reservation Method for CFSA Annual Conference & Expo

CFSA's Annual Conference & Expo is taking place at La Quinta Resort in Palm Springs, CA. CFSA has secured a block of reduced rated rooms for registered attendees at the resort. Click here to learn about La Quinta Resort and other area attractions.

You may reserve hotel accommodations only after you have registered and paid for CFSA's 17th Annual Conference & Expo. Attendees will receive CFSA's room block access code in their registration confirmation email to secure their hotel room. Reservations within the CFSA room block will be taken by the hotel. Please click here to make your reservation.

The cutoff date for reservations under CFSA's room block is February 7, 2017.

The room reservation deadline does not ensure availability of rooms. If rooms are available until the deadline, you will receive the discounted hotel rate. After the deadline, reservations will be made on a space-available basis only, and you will be charged the regular hotel rate.

From Palm Springs Airport:

Head northwest on E Tahquitz Canyon Way toward N El Cielo Rd. Turn left at S El Cielo Rd, and then left at E Ramon Rd. Get onto I-10 E and to the Washington St. exit. Turn right at Washington St. (signs for La Quinta/Palm Desert/Indian Wells/Bermuda Dunes). Make a right at Eisenhower Dr and continue about 1 mile. Resort will be on the right. (Approximately 35 minutes, depending on traffic)

From Ontario Airport:

Head east on East Terminal Way, make a slight left at S E Way and continue onto N Archibald Ave. Take the ramp onto I-10 E to the Washington St exit. Turn right at Washington St. (signs for La Quinta/Palm Desert/Indian Wells/Bermuda Dunes). Make a right at Eisenhower Dr and continue about 1 mile. Resort will be on the right. (Approximately 1.5 hours, depending on traffic)

From Los Angeles Airport:

Head south on World Way towards W Way. Take the ramp onto S Sepulveda Blvd to I-1405 E. Take the exit toward I-605 N, keep left at the fork and follow signs for I-605 and merge onto I-605 N. Take the exit onto I-10 E toward San Bernardino. Take the Washington St exit. Turn right at Washington St. (signs for La Quinta/Palm Desert/Indian Wells/Bermuda Dunes). Make a right at Eisenhower Dr and continue about 1 mile. Resort will be on the right. (Approximately 2.5 hours, depending on traffic)
