In order to participate at CFSA's Annual Conference & Expo at the CFSA Member rate, whether as an attendee and exhibitor, the company/organization must be a member by the end of the third quarter. In addition, all membership dues must be paid by the end of the fourth quarter. Only organizations whose company is paid up as a CFSA Member can register at the CFSA Member rate. Subsidiaries, business affiliates, or consultants, who are not current members, do not qualify for the CFSA Member rate.
Yes, we have a government and academic rate to attend CFSA's Annual Conference & Expo. For more information, or to see if you qualify, please email us at events@cfsaa.com.
You can register your guests by filling out registration form and faxing it back to CFSA's Registration Concierge at 703.684.1219. Your guests are welcome to attend the Welcome Reception, Hosting Sponsor Reception, Expo Hall (and events held within the Expo Hall). Guest registrations do not provide you with access to breakouts or General Sessions. Please note that all guests must be registered separately. Your guests must wear the guest badges provided when attending these functions.
If you are a confirmed exhibitor or sponsor, and would like to register additional attendees (up to three registrations at $600), or who may have additional registration questions, please contact Susan Braun, CFSA's Conference Coordinator, at 703.684.1029 or e-mail us at events@cfsaa.com. Please note that unless a group rate is negotiated, all additional registrations after a total of three (3) will return to the regular conference rate.
CFSA accepts the following payment options: Check (made payable to Community Financial Services Association of America); Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX).
You can send your registration form with payment by check to: Attn: Annual Conference & Expo, CFSA, 515 King St., Suite 300 Alexandria, VA 22314
If received in writing by Friday March 2, 2018 at events@cfsaa.com, CFSA will refund your registration fee with a $100 administrative charge for attendees and a $500 charge for Expo Hall participants. Between March 3, 2018 and March 19, 2018, a refund of 50 percent of the registration fee minus $100 processing fee, $500 processing fee for exhibitors. No-shows will not be refunded and no refunds will be accepted after March 20, 2018. Golf Tournament registrations will not be refunded unless space is resold.
Your badge is required for access to all conference sessions, networking events, and the Annual Golf Tournament. If you lose your badge or need any information corrected, simply visit the Registration Booth for a replacement (I.D. will be required). Should you have any problems, please visit our concierge/registration desk for assistance.
All CFSA's participating exhibitors are prohibited from marketing or soliciting any outside organization/trade association affiliations. For further questions regarding this matter, please contact any one of our members on the Conference Planning Team.
All CFSA attendees are expected to represent the industry in a professional manner. Conference badges are considered part of the dress code and act as your access into all conference events. Our Welcome Reception is a chance to network and get to know your fellow colleagues. Make sure to dress comfortably in your party best.
Please be respectful of any events that are marked as "invitation-only." Access will be restricted and invitations will be required for entry to these events. During the conference, all meeting areas and space will be booked exclusively for CFSA. Please note that all parties looking to book space for private events at the National Doral Miami should speak to CFSA's Conference Planning Team. CFSA wants to ensure that as many attendees go to the networking events as possible, therefore CFSA does not permit attending  companies to hold private events that conflict with any official CFSA functions.  If you would like to host a private event, please reach out to by emailing your request to events@cfsaa.com.
